Sauna - $25
We have a beautiful little wood-fired sauna for your use..  We will fire up the sauna and keep it nice and hot for you for up to two hours.  You are free to come and go from the sauna as many times as you wish (we call these 'rounds' in the sauna).  It is recommended that for each round in the sauna, you have a cold shower and then a period of rest, to allow your heart rate to return to normal, therefore, three rounds in the sauna, might be two hours (total) in length.  Towels are provided.

Vegan Meals
$30 each
You can receive one meal a day (lunch or dinner). You choose from the menu of options and  we 'deliver' it to your door when you would like it.  A 'meal' includes an entree with salad and a dessert plate.
